      Returns are fast and easy thanks to our simple online return procedure. 

      Submit a RMA request with your name, email, and order number here. Our Customer Service will reply to your request as soon as possible with instructions and a paid shipping label to your email.

      After receiving your return, it is processed. Thereafter the refund or exchange will be issued.

      To be eligible for a return your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      ***Items purchased with engravings cannot be returned.

      For situations where the bag has been used, we are not obliged to accept it back under consumer law, unless it is unfit for purpose - if a bag is being used, then we assume it was fit for purpose. 

      Faulty Items

      If a bag develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, then we need to be able to prove that this is a manufacturing issue which was intrinsic to the bag when you received it. This is normally easy to ascertain. If this is the case, and you don't want the bag anymore, we can refund you. Again, this only applies to a manufacturing fault. Now, if you were to fill the bag with concrete everyday and expect the handle to endure this punishment, this wouldn't qualify.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item safe and sound. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved for a full refund a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

      Product Warranty

      All Tuscan Goods products are covered by a 12 months warranty beginning the day of delivery.
      In case there are any problems, please contact us and provide pictures of the problem to here. This warranty applies only to the original purchase and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline. Tuscan Goods reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning.
